General Questions
A: Section 8 companies are not-for-profit entities registered under the Companies Act 2013. A: Yes. You can restrict contributions to specific intervention areas (education, health, livelihood, etc.) or geographies. We'll execute your contribution according to your restriction and report separately on outcomes.
A: Staff salaries, office rent, audit, compliance, insurance, and communications are classified as indirect costs. We aim for a healthy 15–20% indirect cost ratio (some funders require lower; we're happy to discuss). Strong overhead builds strong organizations.
A: Yes. CSR partners and large institutional donors (₹5 Lakhs+) receive quarterly reports. Monthly donors receive monthly updates. All donors have access to our online impact dashboard with real-time data.
Programme Questions
A: We work alongside underserved communities to build dignified pathways to safety, equitable opportunity, and self-determined futures. We focus on education, health, livelihood, women & child welfare, environment, and social enterprise. All interventions are integrated (addressing education alone doesn't work if children are hungry or unsafe), evidence-driven (we measure and adapt continuously), and rights-based (we work with communities, not on them).
